Registration privacy

Information used for the event
We collect account email, team and member details, registration numbers, contact details, and the idea and files you submit. Organizers use these for eligibility checks, application review, selection, and event communication. Registration does not confirm selection.
Access and storage
The website runs on Vercel and uses managed services to store accounts, registrations, and private submission files. Passwords are handled by the authentication service and are never shown in the organizer dashboard. Authorized organizers can review and download submissions and export member details for event administration. Submission files are not published on the website.
Your private recovery code can reset your password without email. The server stores a keyed hash of the code, not the readable code. Keep the saved code private; organizers will never ask you to send it to them.
Do not include passwords, API keys, confidential third-party information, or unnecessary personal data in your presentation or report.
Your device
Session cookies keep you signed in. Registration and idea text may be saved in this browser so you can recover a draft; selected files must be chosen again after a reload. Use your own device, and sign out after using a shared computer. Site analytics are disabled on account, registration, submission, and organizer pages.
Corrections and deletion
Contact the organizers to correct registration details, request deletion, or ask how your information is used. An organizer archive preserves the registration and files and is not permanent deletion. Private backups may retain earlier copies. A fixed deletion date has not yet been published; ask the organizers about retention before submitting if this affects your participation.
